Russia may fully restore diesel fuel export volumes by the end of 2026, said Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, as quoted by TASS. According to his assessment, if the country stays on schedule, by the end of the year other countries will again be receiving the volume of diesel they received previously.
