Russia strikes Kharkiv and Kyiv: at least five dead

Two people killed as Cobalt collides with electric scooter in Samarkand region

On October 9, at around 13:00, in the Pakhtachi district of the Samarkand region, at the 14th km of the 4K-560 road, a Cobalt car collided with an electric scooter.
